On November 14th at 8pm EST, we met virtually to share the insights from our inaugural workshop series, How to Build an Attention Sanctuary: A Six-Week Journey for Parents and Guardians led by SoRA faculty (and parents) Jac Mullen and Adam Pearce. Building on insights from "The Great Rewiring of Parenthood" seminar, Mullen's and Pearce's six-week workshop series invited concerned parents from the greater NY area to form a "parents working group" dedicated to creating attentional sanctuaries for their families.
